Chemainus River Early Morning

This is a painting completed from Plein air drawings and also photos, completed in my studio.

The Chemainus River has a great deal of meaning, not only for myself, but for the many people who swim, fish, and just enjoy its beauty.

The location for this work is readily accessible and if you looked over my shoulder, you would have seen a very busy highway.

cheers, and enjoy
